Oli's Flat in Nice exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was simply unbeatable. Situated in the heart of Nice, it provided easy access to popular points of interest and transportation options. the apartment itself was equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning throughout. This was a lifesaver during the hot summer days, ensuring a comfortable and cool stay.
The only minor drawback I experienced during my stay at Oli's Flat was the confusing rules regarding cleaning. While there was a separate cleaning fee, it was expected for guests to leave the apartment as clean as it was upon arrival.

Great apartment with a perfect location, greeted by Olivia who provided helpful recommendations and even helped us find a cheap pushchair. Highly recommended.

The apartment is air-conditioned and has a comfortable living room and bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave was a pleasant surprise. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels provided entertainment during our stay. Having a washing machine in the apartment was so convenient. We loved that the apartment had an oven and tumble dryer.
Personally, I found the shower a bit small, but others might not mind.
